Ryan Shore

Ryan Shore joined SHOP Companies with a focus on acquisition sourcing for SHOP Development, bringing over 23 years of extensive experience in Investment Sales.

With a remarkable 20+ year career, Ryan boasts a track record of 280+ transactions, encompassing 59 million square feet and a staggering $14+ billion in retail/mixed-use transactions. His experience includes originating, marketing, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions and equity joint ventures for major real estate owners in the US, including institutional investors, REITs, and private clients.

Prior to joining SHOP Companies, Ryan served as the Senior Managing Director at HFF/JLL from 2008-2023, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success. Before that, he held the position of Senior Vice President at CBRE from 2001 to 2008, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the organization.
