Cate brings a creative and detail-oriented approach to her role as Broker and Marketing Coordinator. She works alongside the Project Leasing Team to bring marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed along the way.
Originally from Southern California, Cate grew up in a family deeply rooted in the real estate industry, where she developed an early appreciation for the business. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder before relocating to Dallas to begin her career with Paragon Realtors. There, she gained hands-on experience supporting the success of a boutique residential brokerage, strengthening her skills in marketing, branding, and project coordination before transitioning into commercial real estate.
Outside of work, Cate enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, walking the Katy Trail with her twin sister, and exploring new restaurants around Dallas.
