Chris Reyes is a partner at SHOP Houston focusing on tenant representation on a local and national level with a strong emphasis on restaurant and entertainment work. Some of his clients include: Bar Louie, Bluestone Lane, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, Dig Inn Seasonal Market, Earl’s Kitchen + Bar, JuiceLand, MOD Pizza, Nando’s Peri Peri Chicken, Peter Piper Pizza, Punch Bowl Social, Revolution Studio, Swing Zone Golf, The Halal Guys, PNC Bank, Velvet Taco, and other local independent and national concepts.
Prior to joining SHOP, Chris was a Vice President at Transwestern Retail where he was integral in the planning and execution of multiple client market rollouts.
Chris brings over 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Upon graduation, Chris began working as a manager for Pappas Restaurants, where he spent almost five years before leaving to open his own restaurant concepts. He then decided to bring his in-depth restaurant knowledge to the commercial real estate industry, accepting his first real estate position with Page Partners.
Chris has received both national and regional recognition, named on Chain Store Age’s 2016 “Ones to Watch” broker list and ranked as a 2017 Commercial Real Estate “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal. Chris is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Chris received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University with a minor in Business Administration.
