Cody Strull

Cody joined the SHOP Companies Investment Sales team in October of 2020. He plays an integral role in managing transactions throughout the process of selling multi-tenant shopping centers and single tenant net leased properties throughout Dallas/Fort Worth. Cody has worked directly in closing more than 50 transactions since joining SHOP Companies, totaling over 575,000 square feet with a combined value in excess of two hundred ninety-four million dollars ($294,000,000).

Prior to his time at SHOP Companies, Cody worked for the Dallas Stars Hockey Club as an Account Executive. By focusing on the needs of his clients, he was able to provide exceptional customer service for a season ticket holder base of 400+ accounts and $2.7+ million in annual revenue.  Born and raised in Dallas, Cody graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Texas in Austin in 2018.

In his free time Cody enjoys spending time with family, taking his dog, Penny, to the park, traveling and playing softball. In addition, he is an avid fan of the Rangers, Stars, Cowboys and Longhorns.
