Cullen Mastin

Cullen Mastin is a Vice President of Construction for SHOP Development. He joined the Shop Development team in June of 2024, eager to contribute to the growth of the company and their project capacity. His focus is on new development hospitality projects as well as redevelopment of mixed-use and retail projects throughout the United States.

Prior to joining SHOP Dev., Cullen served for 8.5 years at Harwood International as a Senior Project Manager. During his time there, he managed over $250 million of high-end custom projects. Familiar with wearing both the hats of the Owner/Developer as well as that of the General Contractor, Cullen drives development lifecycles from conception to completion, all while fostering strong and efficient relationships with governing officials, consultants, national vendors, and local trade partners.

Cullen’s experience includes an extensive variety of project types ranging from high-rise, hospitality, multi-family, Class-A tenant improvement, and residential; most recently and notably, Cullen oversaw the development of the Swexan Hotel in uptown Dallas, TX. With over a decade of experience in complex, high-end development projects, Cullen brings a well-rounded and specialized set of skills to the team.
