Dylan Kelly
Biography
Dylan Kelly joined the SHOP Companies Austin team to specialize in Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, and Investment Sales.
Prior to SHOP, Dylan spent four years with The Retail Connection in Austin. During that time, Dylan worked on accounts with national tenants such as Take 5 Oil, Lifetime Fitness, PLS Check Cashers, Dollar Tree, Freebirds World Burrito, and several Xponential Fitness concepts. Dylan is now part of the project leasing team for Kimco Realty in their south Texas portfolio and facilitating pad site work with developers across central Texas.
Born and raised in West Texas, Dylan came to Austin to attend the University of Texas.
