Graham Ketchum

Graham joined SHOP Companies as a co-founder of the San Antonio/Central Texas office where he focuses on retail and restaurant real estate.

Graham represents a number of national, regional and locally based Tenants, Landlords, Buyers and Sellers.  Some of the clients he's worked with include Shake Shack, The Cheesecake Factory, Fox Restaurant Concepts, MOD Pizza, Ocean Prime, Palisades Hospitality (Piatti, CAMP Outpost), Williams-Sonoma, PNC Bank, Orange Theory Fitness, Boot Barn, Yardbird, Veterinary Emergency Group Visual Comfort, Wayfair, Carmax, Kimco Realty, H-E-B Grocery Company, Hixon Properties, Seritage, Principal Real Estate Investors and several others.

Prior to joining SHOP, Graham was a First Vice President with CBRE where he was integral in executing the real estate strategies of his clients.  Before his years at CBRE, Graham worked with Barshop & Oles Company, a developer of Class A shopping centers, where he was responsible for leasing, sales and development support.

Graham has consistently been recognized as a top performer in the San Antonio commercial real estate industry by publications including the San Antonio Business Journal and CoStar.  He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Council of San Antonio.
