Harrison joined SHOP Companies in 2018 with a primary focus on local and regional restaurant advisory in addition to hospitality and retail.
Originally from South Carolina, Harrison Hughes graduated from SMU’s Cox School of Business in 2007. He began his real estate career with UCR Urban in 2007. While at UCR, he worked with the UCR Urban team leasing high-profile mixed-use projects including Southlake Town Square, Shops at Park Lane and The Shops at Highland Village.
After UCR Urban, Harrison split his time between New York and Dallas consulting for hospitality companies in both the hotel and restaurant sectors. Returning to Dallas in 2015, Harrison joined Viceroy Real Estate Advisors continuing his work with local and regional restaurant and retail clients such as Royal Blue Grocery.
Current and expanding clients include Mudsmith Coffee, Pints & Quarts Burgers, Barcadia Bar & Grill, Beauty Bar, and Mama Tried Honky Tonk.
