Isabelle Thompson

Isabelle Thompson is a Dallas, Texas native who joined SHOP Companies as a member of Thomas Glendenning and Rachel Tomlinson's team focused in transaction management. Before joining SHOP Companies, Isabelle gained experience in multifamily real estate, building a strong foundation in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, she worked at Blood Cancer United, where she organized mission-driven fundraising campaigns that generated critical support for blood cancer patients and their families. Her background in relationship building and project management has equipped her with a collaborative, client-focused approach that she brings to every opportunity.

Isabelle graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2022, where she earned her degree while competing as a member of the university's NCAA field hockey team and sitting on the executive board of her sorority. Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time with her dog, and traveling.
