Jake Patterson

Jake joined SHOP in 2024, where he focuses on landlord and tenant representation. As a new member of the OKC Retail Team, he will be working alongside Kendra Roberts and Jacob Logsdon while beginning the Junior Broker program.

Before joining SHOP, Jake gained experience in commercial real estate as an assistant project manager for a local development company. Born in California and raised in Oklahoma, Jake received a scholarship to play baseball at Oklahoma City University. He graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and in 2021, received his MBA from the Meinders School of Business.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
