Jake specializes in urban core retail in DFW with a focus on Landlord representation. Prior to joining SHOP, Jake got his start in the business with Andres Properties helping oversee the leasing and overall vision of the redevelopment of Lowest Greenville. Facilitating exciting concepts like HG Sply Co. and Steel City Pops to the flourishing district. Today Jake handles the leasing on a significant portion of Lowest Greenville, as well as multiple listings in Uptown, Deep Ellum, the West End, and the Bishop Arts District.
Jake also handles the roll out of Sport Clips in North Texas and ATI Physical Therapy throughout the Texas market. During his time at SHOP he has worked exclusively with 7-Eleven, Panda Express, Jiffy Lube, Snap Kitchen, Anytime Fitness, Pie Tap, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Muse Salon, Bar & Garden, Lovely Bride and more.
Born and raised in Dallas, Jake graduated from Hillcrest High School, and received his BA degree with a concentration in Finance from Millsaps College. Jake is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. In his spare time Jake enjoys playing golf and sports with friends, and spending time with his family.
