Jake Sherrington
Jake focuses on Landlord representation with a specialization in both traditional project leasing along with high profile assets in urban core Dallas and Fort Worth. Some of the premier retail assets include multiple listings on Lowest Greenville, The Hill at Walnut Hill & US-75, The Crescent, 2000 Ross, The Foundry and Foch Warehouses in Fort Worth, Lakewood Square, Preston Forest Village, several positions in the Bishop Arts District and more. The portfolio he works on has allowed for him to work with local landlords along with national REITs throughout DFW.
Prior to joining SHOP, Jake got his start in the business with Andres Properties helping oversee the leasing and overall vision of the redevelopment of Lowest Greenville.
Born and raised in Dallas, Jake graduated from Hillcrest High School, and received his BA degree with a concentration in Finance from Millsaps College. Jake is an active member in, The Touchdown Club of Dallas and is on the board of Directors for Hillcrest High School Community Foundation. In his spare time Jake enjoys playing golf and sports with friends, and spending time with his wife Emily and daughter, Harper.
