Biography
Jay Nichols is a property manager for SHOP Management where he specializes in the San Antonio/Austin and Houston markets for SHOP ‘s North Texas portfolio.
Jay oversees the day to day operations of the Central Texas portfolio including vendor coordination, tenant correspondence, and property evaluation.
Prior to SHOP, Jay was the property coordinator for True North Commercial Real Estate.
Jay is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.
