Justin Cozzie

Justin Cozzie serves as a Financial Analyst at SHOP Development, where he supports the firm’s development portfolio through comprehensive financial analysis. 

His responsibilities within SHOP Develeopment include evaluating income statements, balance sheets, and other critical financial reports to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. He also plays an integral role in supporting management’s financial objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, and assisting with lease reviews and underwriting activities. 

Prior to joining SHOP Development in March 2025, Justin worked as a Financial Analyst at Harwood International, where he gained valuable experience in real estate finance and investment analysis. 

Justin earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling to new destinations, and playing golf with friends.
