Karolyn Hampton

Karolyn is a results-driven Human Resources leader with over two decades of experience in driving talent strategy, organizational development, and operations across diverse industries.  She excels in partnering with leadership teams to align people initiatives with business objectives, fostering high-performance cultures, and implementing scalable programs.  Passionate about building strong teams and driving cultural transformation, Karolyn is dedicated to supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives.  

She holds a BA in Management and holds a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).  Karolyn began her career in staffing and recruiting, specializing in logistics before transitioning to full scope human resources in finance, medical, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries, among others.

In her spare time, Karolyn enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outside with her family and two dogs Lula and Cooper.
