Katie Rambie

Katie specializes in national, multi market Tenant Representation for both established retailers and emerging brands creating a brick and mortar pipeline. She is an advisor to her clients primarily executing strategy on new store roll out, relocations, expansion and renewals. The variety of brands and the variety of property types she represents has gained her extensive knowledge and insight into a variety of property types including malls, lifestyle centers, streets and emerging neighborhoods around the U.S.

Katie’s knowledge of the national landscape combined with her multi-market expansion experience, has provided the opportunity to execute strategy for national clients such as The Container Store, Ford Fry Restaurants, Road Runner Sports, Sephora and Williams-Sonoma brands. Her Tenant relationships have allowed her to work with the top performing assets in the U.S. as well as transact with all major Owners from coast to coast.

Prior to joining SHOP Companies, Katie worked at CBRE on a National Retail Services Team where she focused on helping clients execute full-service, multi-market expansion strategies. She played a key role in helping double The Container Store’s store count since 2010 and executing over 200 Shake Shack locations in the U.S. since 2014.

Katie currently represents; CAMP, Eataly, The Container Store, Ford Fry, Forward, J. McLaughlin, Kindbody, Marrow Fine, Merit Coffee, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Rejuvenation, Road Runner Sports, Saatva Mattress, Sephora, SkinSpirit, Top Fitness, West Elm and Williams Sonoma.

Katie attended Baylor University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a double major in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.
