Kevin Catalani

Kevin Catalani specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net leased assets in the San Antonio market and throughout the State of Texas. He brings over 18 years of experience working exclusively on the investment sales side of the business. During his career, Kevin has played a key role in real estate transactions exceeding $1.5 billion in value.

Kevin began his real estate career in Dallas, working for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler and UCR Investment Sales from 2006 to 2014 focusing solely on the disposition of retail assets across the southern United States for both institutional owners and private investors. In June 2014, Kevin moved back home to San Antonio to start an investment sales platform for local boutique firm Reata Real Estate. Reata was then acquired by CBRE in late 2019, where Kevin spent the next 5 years of his career. Kevin joined SHOP Companies in February 2025 to lead the investment sales efforts in the San Antonio office.

Kevin is a Texas Real Estate Commission Licensed Salesperson and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University.
