Kevin Clements

Kevin joined the SHOP Companies San Antonio office in April of 2021, focusing on project leasing and tenant representation. Prior to his tenure at SHOP, he honed his skills at Birnbaum Property Company, where he successfully leased a retail portfolio of nearly 30 shopping centers, totaling over 1 million square feet. 

Kevin represents a diverse range of clients, including tenants such as Black Rock Coffee Bar, Smoothie King, Bellagreen, Stanton Optical, Killer Burger, and Pei Wei, while also serving as a trusted partner to landlords such as KIMCO Realty, H-E-B Grocery Company, and InvenTrust.

Kevin earned his Bachelor's degree in Business from Trinity University, where he was also a member of the baseball team. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife Meredith and his son, Cal.
