Biography
Koehler joined SHOP in October 2023 with a focus on Retail Landlord Rep in the DFW market. Koehler has a great eye for opportunity and will be working alongside David Sacher, Jack Weir Daniel Frid and Jay Ceitlin.
Koehler is a St. Louis, Missouri native and graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2020. Prior to SHOP, Koehler worked at Waller Group Capital, analyzing market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to provide clients with market insights.
Outside of the office, Koehler enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, working out, and traveling.
