Landry Kemp

Landry Kemp joined SHOP Companies in 2017 with a focus on Landlord Representation and strategic project leasing throughout DFW – As a member of the SHOP Leasing team, Landry specializes in curating healthy Tenant mixes for a diverse portfolio of assets which equates to more than 2 Million square feet in total GLA. Notable assignments include 2000 Ross, Crockett Row West 7th, CityLine, East Quarter, The Sound at Cypress Waters, Bishop Arts Station, and numerous other high-profile developments across the metroplex.

Prior to joining SHOP, Landry was in the software consulting business where he facilitated research and development initiatives for fortune 500 companies in the energy sector. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and finished early while earning honorable distinction for his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Economics.

Born and raised in McKinney, TX where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Landry and his wife Amber have stayed true to their local roots. Together, they enjoy spending time with family, their Golden Retriever Duke, and in the mountains of Crested Butte, CO.
