Lauren Shepperd

Lauren Shepperd joined the SHOP Companies Houston office in July of 2023 to lead the company’s Landlord Representation business. Prior to joining SHOP, Lauren managed a two million square foot retail portfolio and was instrumental in the execution and leasing of numerous suburban ground-up developments. Through her extensive work with property owners, she has become an expert in adding value to retail projects, understanding the intricacies of property ownership and structuring leases with a long-term perspective.

Lauren was recognized as a CoStar Powerbroker in 2021 and 2022 and was named a “Heavy Hitter” in Retail Leasing by the Houston Business Journal in 2023. She holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
