Linda Rubiola

Linda joined the Specialty team at SHOP with a focus on Landlord and Tenant Representation. She has assisted on ground- up development and re-development of existing centers, as well as helping emerging concepts scale nationally. Projects include Montrose Collective (Houston, TX), Heights Mercantile (Houston, TX), Lovers Pavilion (Dallas, TX) and The District at Green Valley (Las Vegas, NV).   

Prior to the Specialty team, Linda was a financial analyst for SHOP Dev. Linda graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business with a degree in Real Estate Finance. During her time at SMU, Linda was a part of the Folsom Institute Real Estate Club and was an intern for the Corporate Solutions Group at JLL. Linda is a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. Linda is an active member of ULI and ICSC.
