Lindsey McKean

Lindsey joined SHOP Companies in 2021 with over a decade of experience where she specialized in Landlord Representation for both traditional project leasing as well as high end mixed-use specialty projects. At SHOP Lindsey also concentrates on Tenant Representation with her most notable experience being assisting new-to-market tenants engineer and execute growth strategies and she now works with some of the top retailers on their market entries and expansions. She has a varied mix of commercial real estate experience and has diversified her knowledge base across several commercial product types. She comes with a background working with clients from all walks of life, from large institutional ownership groups, REIT’s, to ground up developments by local players. She has dedicated herself to building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and prides herself in her deep commitment to meeting their needs.

Lindsey attended Texas A&M University and Sam Houston State University and holds a bachelor’s degree and specialist certificate in Education. She has served for 6 years as the Development Trends Committee Chairperson with the North Houston Association and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as serving on the gala committee for Montgomery County Youth Services. Lindsey has lived in the Houston area for most of her life and has two active sons.
