Margaret Vaughan

Margaret joined SHOP Companies in June 2021 as the Marketing Coordinator and Admin for the Specialty Team. Her day-to-day operations include managing marketing campaigns, designing property brochures, updating site plans, and creating presentations.

Graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Advertising and Business studies, Margaret got her start in commercial real estate working at CBRE. She worked for several years as a Client Service Coordinator for the office investment sales team. She then switched over to the development side, working as a Marketing Associate at KDC. She credits her experience in both positions in helping her see a comprehensive scope of the industry and is beyond thrilled to be involved in the retail side and working with the incredible teams at SHOP!

Margaret is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and the Dallas Gratitude Project, which supports the Thanks-Giving Foundation in downtown Dallas.

Outside of the office, Margaret enjoys traveling with her husband Wilson, spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the lake, and reading.
