Natalia Ramirez

Natalia joined SHOP in October of 2024 as a Transaction Manager for the Specialty Team. She is responsible for supporting the team with project materials, day-to-day operations, transaction management, and market research.

Prior to joining SHOP, Natalia served as a Brokerage Coordinator at Weitzman for 2 years, where she supported both tenant and landlord transactions, as well as working on marketing materials for various properties. Natalia attended the University of Texas at El Paso and holds a Texas Real Estate License.

In her spare time, Natalia enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her pup, Leo.
