Nick Jersin

Nick focuses on Landlord representation in DFW, specializing in both high-profile urban assets and traditional project leasing throughout the metroplex. Notable listings include Lower Greenville, Bishop Arts, Victory Park, Deep Ellum and The Foundry District.

Prior to Shop Companies, he served as a leasing representative at EDENS, managing more than 2 million square feet of retail space across Texas, including properties such as Preston Towne Crossing, Casa Linda Plaza, Preston Royal Village, Uptown Park, and Plaza in the Park among others. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University, where he earned a degree in Communications.

Nick is actively involved in the North Texas real estate community, participating in NTCAR and serving on the YPF board as well as sitting on the ICSC Next Gen committee in Dallas. He is also committed to giving back through his involvement with the North Texas Food Bank's Young Professionals group. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
