Nicole Wimberly

Nicole joined SHOP Companies to establish the Austin office where she represents both Specialty Brands and Landlords on urban projects and premier properties across the Austin market. Nicole has represented both local and institutional ownerships which currently include: AMLI, Beacon Properties, Kilroy, and Stream Realty.

Prior to joining SHOP, Nicole worked for CBRE in Austin for four years where she focused on the downtown market and surrounding urban core.  Nicole got her start in the business in Nashville working with Gorney Realty, which led her to a six-year position at MarketStreet Enterprises where she ran the retail, marketing, and leasing for the Master Developer of The Gulch. During her time in Nashville, she executed new leases blending national and local retailers along with innovative live events and iconic public art, leading to national acclaim.

Nicole was born and raised in Seattle, and moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness.
