Parker Jay

Parker joined SHOP Companies in 2022 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Finance. Parker is involved with all facets of tenant representation including site selection, growth strategies, acquisitions, development, and market analytics for our many national and regional concepts. Some of these concepts include but are not limited to 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Panda Express, Chick-Fil-A, and many more. Day to day, Parker is constantly seeking new opportunities across the greater DFW, North, East, and West Texas markets to accommodate with our client’s expansion plans.  With over 18 years of experience living in the DFW area, Parker has proven himself extremely knowledgeable regarding the Texas landscape and market which is used to help accurately direct our clients daily.

Before joining SHOP, Parker interned for two summers with the Higginbotham Brokerage Firm in Fort Worth. At Higginbotham he frequently spoke with and assisted clients, developing a true understanding of a broker-client relationship at a young age.  Outside of his career, Parker enjoys spending time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping.
