Patricia Montero

Patricia joined the SHOP Companies Investment Sales team in August 2024 as a Production Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for packaging deliverables and managing listings across various marketing platforms. Before joining SHOP Companies, Patricia began her career in commercial real estate as a Marketing Specialist at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where she worked for over three years. At Matthews, she was the lead marketing specialist for properties valued at over $10 million.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University. Outside of work, Patricia enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with her friends and family.
