Pete Podesta

Pete Podesta co-founded SHOP Companies in 2013. Pete’s concentration is tenant advisory with a focus on restaurants and pad users. Pete has worked with clients on varying strategies, from identifying a single flagship location to executing local and regional growth plans.

His key clients include 7-Eleven, CAVA, Central Market, Core Power Yoga, H-E-B, McDonalds, Nando’s Peri Peri, Panda Express, Pie Tap, and Postino.

Pete is a leader in day-to-day operations for SHOP Companies primarily responsible for account management, financial matters and assisting in overall corporate direction.

Prior to SHOP, he was a Senior Vice President at UCR where he was a top producer. Pete began his career at N3 Capital where he built his foundation in retail real estate through ground up development for single tenant users including Starbucks Coffee.
