Phillip Halliday

Phillip joined Shop Companies to establish the firm’s Central Texas offices in San Antonio and Austin. He brings an innovative perspective and a deep understanding of retail and mixed-use projects.

Today, Phillip focuses on the acquisition and redevelopment of commercial projects, driving value through vision and strategic leasing.

A graduate of Texas Christian University, he spent a decade between Birnbaum Property Company and CBRE, gaining extensive experience in both brokerage and development. 

Phillip serves on the Advisory Board for the TCU Real Estate Center and has served on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
