Rachel Lam

Rachel Lam is a General Manager at SHOP Management currently positioned in Fairview, TX.  She brings 18 years of Commercial Real Estate experience most recently working with mixed-use high-end retail, office, and industrial portfolios.

Prior to joining SHOP, Rachel was General Manager at Fairbourne Properties and Lincoln Property Company where events held a major role in the life of the retail centers and tenant relationships were highly prioritized.

As often as possible Rachel enjoys family time with her first grand son, biking through small towns in Texas, double-oaked Bourbon, trips to the Hill Country, hiking, swimming, and CrossFit.

Rachel is a graduate from The Art Institute of Dallas with at degree in Music and Video Business.
