Renee Kaiser

Renee joined SHOP Companies’ Houston office in May 2022, specializing in Landlord Representation and Project Leasing. She is known for her strong client service and marketing expertise, consistently maximizing value for both Landlord and Tenant clients. Renee began her real estate career as a Leasing Associate, focusing on office landlord representation. With a creative approach and deep understanding of the leasing process, she develops tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from large institutional ownership groups and REITs to local developers bringing ground-up projects to life. Renee is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships, priding herself on her commitment to client success.

A Houston native, Renee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales from Texas State University. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Outside the office, Renee enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband, their son Henry, and their beloved pets—Lambeau and Bubba—call Houston home.
