Renee Kaiser

Renee joined the SHOP Companies Houston office in May of 2022 with a primary focus in Landlord Representation and Project Leasing. She excels in client service and marketing while maximizing value for her Landlord and Tenant clients.

Renee is a Houston native and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration—with a focus on sales—from Texas State University. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Person and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Renee started her real estate career as a Leasing Associate focused on office landlord representation. She uses her creativity and intimate understanding of the leasing process to develop unique and specialized solutions for her client’s needs.

Outside of the office, Renee is enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and trying new places around town.  She and her husband, their pup Lambeau, and cat Bubba call Houston home.
