Renee Kaiser

Renee joined the SHOP Companies Houston office in May 2022, focusing primarily on landlord representation and project leasing. She is known for her strong client service and strategic marketing approach, consistently working to maximize value for both her landlord and tenant clients.

In her current role, Renee has represented a wide range of ownership groups, from large institutional investors and REITs to ground-up developers. Her notable landlord clients include Hines, Kimco, Nuveen, and MC Management. In addition to her landlord work, Renee provides tenant representation services for both national and regional retailers, executing full-market rollouts as well as targeted site selection strategies. Renee began her real estate career as a leasing associate specializing in office landlord representation. She brings creativity and a detailed understanding of the leasing process to every assignment, allowing her to develop thoughtful, tailored solutions that meet her clients’ specific needs.

She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). A Houston native, Renee earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales from Texas State University. Outside the office, Renee enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new restaurants around Houston. She and her husband, Robby, and their son, Henry, proudly call Houston home.
