Robert Hamilton

Robert Hamilton is a Financial Analyst at SHOP Development. Robert assists with all facets of the development process including acquisition, financial feasibility, due diligence, site selection, entitlement, permit approvals, construction management, and lease negotiations.

Before joining SHOP, Robert served as a production intern for Northmarq, serving all asset classes on the Debt & Capital Markets team. While at Northmarq, Robert completed in excess of 50 loan service packages that totaled +$200mm in outstanding debt. Robert also interned in London, England for Essential Living, a multi-family development company where he assisted the acquisitions and development team.  Robert enjoys playing golf, hunting, and Texas Longhorns football and basketball.

Robert joined the SHOP team in 2022, following graduation from the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Finance with a focus in Real Estate.
