Ryan Holliday

Ryan Holliday joined SHOP Houston in March of 2023 with a focus on tenant representation, sales, and project leasing. Prior to joining SHOP Houston, Ryan was a Vice President at Edge Capital Markets for five years and was a Senior Associate at Transwestern for three years where he focused on all aspects of commercial real estate including investment sales, project leasing and tenant representation. Ryan has aided in the sale of over $300 million in transactions and more than 90 leases and/or transactions throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Colorado.

In his current role, Ryan will work with the tenant representation team executing full market rollouts and targeted location selection for specific users including PNC Bank, Stanton Optical, My Eye Lab, Primrose, Chick N Max, EVO Entertainment, Pollo Campero, Buttermilk Sky Pies, Vitalyc Medspa, Savvy Sliders, JuiceLand among others.

Ryan is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Person, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Ryan also serves on the Parade Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Ryan enjoys time with his wife, Mary Catherine, and son, Jackson, travelling, playing basketball, tennis, golf and skiing in Colorado. He is also an avid concert goer.
