Ryan Holliday

Ryan Holliday joined SHOP Houston in March of 2023 with a focus on tenant representation, sales, and project leasing. Ryan was recently recognized as an HBJ Heavy Hitter and has aided in over $600 million in transactions throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Prior to joining SHOP Houston, Ryan was a Vice President at Edge Capital Markets for five years and was a Senior Associate at Transwestern for three years where he focused on all aspects of commercial real estate including portfolio management, investment sales, project leasing, and tenant representation.

Ryan currently works with the tenant representation team executing full market rollouts and targeted location selection for specific users including PNC Bank, Nando’s Peri Peri, Jiffy Lube, Layne’s Chicken Fingers, Ruby Sunshine, Emmy Squared, The Burger Join, Taco Stand, Pollo Campero, Stanton Optical, My Eye Lab, Primrose Schools, ACE Pickleball Club, Hiatus Day Spa, EVO Entertainment, Snarf’s Sandwiches, JuiceLand, Kolache Factory, Tifa Chocolates & Gelato and more.

Ryan is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Ryan also serves on the Parade Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo in a leadership position. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He enjoys time with his wife, Mary Catherine, son (Jackson), and daughters (Grace and Clare), travelling, playing basketball, tennis, golf, skiing and is an avid concert goer.
