Scott Petersen

Scott Petersen joins SHOP Companies as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in project leasing, investment sales, and deal-making across the San Antonio market. With a career spanning real estate acquisitions, business development, and lending, Scott brings a unique financial and operational perspective to every transaction.

Prior to joining SHOP Companies, Scott served as Managing Director at Source Strategies, where he managed the premier hospitality investment data firm in Texas, and as an Acquisitions Associate at MLSA Ventures, where he focused on sourcing and underwriting real estate investment opportunities. His background also includes nearly two years as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Stone Meadow Lending, giving him deep insight into financing strategies and deal structuring.

Scott is passionate about helping brands expand strategically and creating win-win outcomes for tenants and landlords.

Outside of work, Scott devotes his time to coaching youth baseball, sharing his love for the game and mentoring the next generation of athletes.
