Steven Adorno

Steven joined the SHOP Companies Investment Sales team in March of 2026. In this role, he supports the team throughout the process of selling both single-tenant and multi-tenant investment properties. His responsibilities include assisting with financial underwriting, property valuations, market research, and the preparation of marketing materials and offering memorandums in support of Tim Axilrod’s accounts. Steven’s background in financial analysis enables him to provide detailed analytical support and contribute to informed investment decision-making.

Steven graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Prior to joining SHOP Companies, he worked in residential real estate, where he focused on market research and underwriting transactions.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Steven enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, traveling, and playing basketball.
