Thomas Glendenning
Thomas focuses on Landlord representation, specializing in both traditional project leasing as well as high profile legacy retail assets in the urban core of DFW. With a great client list of local asset holders as well as institutional investors he has had the opportunity to work on some of Dallas’ premier retail projects and be on the ground level of emerging pockets of the metroplex. Notable listings include The Stack in Deep Ellum, 2000 Ross, West 7th/Crocket Row, Cityline, the East Quarter, Bishop Arts Station, 2401 Cedar Springs, and The National.
Prior to joining SHOP Thomas oversaw Greenway Investment Company’s large retail portfolio of premier urban Dallas assets as well as suburban ground up developments. Being within an ownership organization he learned how to add value through understanding cost of ownership and how to structure leases with long term perspective.
Thomas was born and has always lived in Texas. He received his bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University in 2005. He is married to his wonderful wife Brittany and has two sons Christian and Thomas Jr., and a daughter Adelin.
