Thomas Glendenning

Thomas focuses on Landlord representation, specializing in both traditional project leasing as well as high-profile legacy retail assets in the urban core of DFW. With a great client list of local asset holders as well as institutional investors, he has had the opportunity to work on some of Dallas’ premier retail projects and be on the ground level of emerging pockets of the metroplex. Notable listings include The Crescent, Maple Terrace, 2000 Ross, Klyde Warren Park, Arlington Highlands, Furst Ranch, Mockingbird Station, McKinney Terrace, Champions Park, and Addison Walk.

Before joining SHOP, Thomas oversaw Greenway Investment Company’s large retail portfolio of premier urban Dallas assets as well as suburban ground-up developments. Being within an ownership organization, he learned how to add value through understanding the cost of ownership and how to structure leases with a long-term perspective.

Thomas was born and has always lived in Texas. He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SMU in 2005. He is married to his wonderful wife, Brittany and has two sons, Christian and Thomas Jr., and a daughter, Adelin.
