Tommy Tucker is a founder of the Investment Sales division of the SHOP Companies. Tommy specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net leased properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and across the southwest. He has closed more than 195 transactions totaling over 4.8 Million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $780 Million.
Tommy was formerly a Senior Vice President with United Commercial Realty (UCR) where he helped escalate its Investment Sales team to national recognition. He was a top producer within UCR in 2012 and 2013. Previous to UCR Tommy was with Marcus & Millichap, a national investment sales brokerage with over 70 offices in the US. Tommy was a Top 30 Retail Broker in Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group in 2009 and 2010, a membership which includes more than 300 agents. In addition, he was the number two retail agent within Texas over those same two years.
Tommy has a system of working closely with owners to fully examine all aspects of a property including operations, submarket analysis and market positioning. The process consists of serving as a consultant and advisor to clients first, and secondly providing transaction services as a result of the relationships created from analyzing and adding value to retail investments. He consistently is able to deliver real time data in the market thus maximizing value for his clients.
Born and raised in Houston, Tommy Tucker has lived his entire life in Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and has lived in Dallas since 2004. Now married with three children Tommy has his roots planted firmly in Texas. With a wide variety of proven experience transacting retail since 2005, Tommy provides an excellent transaction solution for any retail property in the State of Texas and southwest United States.
