Tyler Albin

Tyler joined the SHOP Companies Investment Sales team in November of 2025. He supports the team throughout the process of selling single-tenant and multi-tenant investment properties, assisting with financial underwriting, property valuations, market research, and the preparation of marketing materials and offering memorandums in support of Tommy Tucker’s accounts. His background in geospatial data analysis allows him to bring a strong technical perspective to mapping, site evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.

Tyler graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in Geographic Information Science, where he was a member of Beta Upsilon Chi. Before joining SHOP, he worked in the oil and gas pipeline industry, focusing on geospatial data analysis and field mapping support.

Originally from Wylie, Texas, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, fishing, or hanging out with his two dogs, Boomer and Sooner.
