Tyler Trevino

Tyler Trevino is a Partner at SHOP Houston specializing in tenant representation and project leasing, working closely with leading retailers, restaurants, and landlords. Since joining the firm at its Houston inception in 2018, Tyler has played a key role in helping clients strategically enter and expand in markets across Texas and beyond. Tyler was instrumental in launching SHOP’s first office outside of Dallas, helping lay the foundation for the firm’s continued expansion.

Tyler specializes in site selection, market planning, lease negotiation, and execution for high-growth concepts. He currently represents a premier roster of national and regional brands including ACE Pickleball Club, Face Foundrie, Insomnia Cookies, Jiffy Lube, Kolache Factory, La La Land Kind Café, Nando’s Peri Peri, PopUp Bagels, Primrose Schools, Ross Dress for Less, Sixty Vines, Starbird, and Sylvan Learning Centers, among others.

Tyler has been recognized multiple times as an HBJ Heavy Hitter and has completed over $400 million in transaction volume, consistently delivering measurable value through disciplined execution and market expertise.

A Houston native, Tyler holds a BBA from Baylor University and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of ICSC. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kirby, and their son, Walker, golfing, and cheering on his alma mater, the Baylor Bears.
