Victoria Pappas

Victoria Pappas joined the Specialty team at SHOP, where she focuses on project leasing in urban markets and assists with the national expansion of specialty retail and restaurant operators.

Prior to her role at SHOP, Victoria gained valuable experience at DuWest Realty, contributing to leasing efforts for future retail developments and existing shopping centers, as well as supporting the growth of restaurant tenants in Dallas-Fort Worth. Earlier in her career, she interned at The Retail Connection in Houston, further enhancing her industry knowledge.

Originally from Houston, Victoria is a 2023 graduate of The University of Oklahoma’s Dodge College of Arts and Sciences. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
