Will McNiel

Will joined SHOP Companies in November 2024 joining the GIS team as a Map Designer. He uses his expertise in Adobe Photoshop along with his improving mapping skills to create imagery aimed to assist in spatial data analysis. Prior to moving to Dallas and joining Shop Companies, Will graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Communication Design and developed his skills in graphic design at several short-term internships. During college, he was involved with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry on the Communications Team assisting in running social media and photography.

While he’s not working, Will enjoys watching shows like One Piece and Star Wars and listening to music such as Crowder, Switchfoot, and Shane & Shane. He enjoys hobbies such as playing the guitar and piano, photography, and occasionally reading.
