Lindsey joined SHOP Companies in 2021 with over a decade of experience where she specialized in Landlord Representation for both traditional project leasing as well as high end mixed-use specialty projects. At SHOP Lindsey also concentrates on Tenant Representation with her most notable experience being assisting new-to-market tenants engineer and execute growth strategies and she now works with some of the top retailers on their market entries and expansions. She has a varied mix of commercial real estate experience and has diversified her knowledge base across several commercial product types. She comes with a background working with clients from all walks of life, from large institutional ownership groups, REIT’s, to ground up developments by local players.
