Matt Maguire

Matt joined SHOP Companies in 2021 focusing on the sale of net lease retail properties throughout the United States. Matt assists developers, corporate users, REITs, institutions, and 1031 exchange buyers in the disposition, acquisition, and sale-leaseback structuring of net lease properties. Over the course of his career, Matt has been directly involved in closing more than $725 million in transaction volume.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, he graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2013 with a BBA in Accounting from the Spears School of Business. Prior to joining SHOP Companies in 2021, Matt worked at Stan Johnson Company in net lease investment sales in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Most recently, Matt worked at Bank of Oklahoma where he was a Portfolio Manager in the Private Wealth division of the bank – managing over $300 Million in assets. Matt holds the designation of a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and hiking. He’s also passionate about fitness, whether that’s running, lifting, or staying active outdoors. A lifelong sports fan, Matt proudly supports the OKC Thunder and his alma mater, the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
