Michael Miller

Michael Miller is a Dallas native with deep roots in the Texas commercial real estate landscape. With over two decades of experience, he has played an instrumental role in shaping some of the region’s most dynamic mixed-use, hospitality, and retail environments.
Michael began his career at Urban Partners during the formative planning stages of West Village in Uptown Dallas—a project that would set the tone for a series of nationally recognized, pedestrian-oriented retail districts. He went on to join Henry S. Miller Company, where he led leasing efforts for premier shopping centers across DFW and Kansas City.
Driven by a passion for restaurants and hospitality, Michael transitioned to SRS Realty Advisors to focus on food & beverage tenant representation. He quickly emerged as a trusted advisor on landmark developments such as Fort Worth’s West 7th and Sylvan|Thirty in North Oak Cliff. His strategic insight and reputation for seamless execution led him to UCR, where he expanded restaurant-centric portfolios and played a pivotal role in shaping high-profile projects like the Knox District for Sarofim Realty Advisors and the initial lease-up of Toyota Music Factory in Irving.
In 2014, Michael launched his own boutique brokerage exclusively dedicated to F&B tenant representation. Over the next decade, he guided a broad spectrum of clients—from local chefs to national brands—earning a reputation for holistic industry expertise, lasting relationships, and results-oriented dealmaking.
Michael attended the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts before continuing his studies at Colorado State University. He married his high school sweetheart and together they have raised three sons. Outside the office, Michael enjoys cooking, cycling, live music, playing guitar, and traveling.
