Lakeridge Shopping Center

Lakeridge Shopping Center is an 88,000 SF neighborhood shopping center located in the affluent Lake Highlands Community of Dallas, TX. At the time of acquisition, the property was in very poor condition, with less than 50% of the GLA occupied.

SHOP Development partnered with the City of Dallas through a TIF grant to reimagine the center by developing a park feature, creating pedestrian pathway connections to the surrounding neighborhoods, and thoughtfully restorating the mid-century modern architecture.

Today, Lakeridge is rooted as one of the most locally energized centers in Dallas.
