SHOP Development acquired the Kalispell Center Mall (the “Property”),  located in historic downtown Kalispell, MT. The Property consists of a 348,742 SF shopping mall located on 22.45 acres of land, which includes notable tenants such as JC Penney, U.S. Bank, Starbucks, Bath & Body Works, LensCrafters, Claire’s, and Red Lion Hotel, which is owned and operated by the Sonesta International Hotel Group. The Property benefits from approximately 2,000 linear feet of frontage to the Parkline Trail, which is the new $7.5M hike & bike trail completed by the City of Kalispell & Rails-to-Trails Conservancy in 2022.  

The Property is the single most important property in the City’s Master Plan adopted in 2012 and occupies land area that is roughly equal in size to the entire length of historic Main Street.
