Tenant Description

In 1953, Keith Kramer and Matthew Burns built a stove for cooking burgers called the Insta-Broiler and they called their stores “Insta-Burger King”. A year later Miami-based franchisees David Edgerton and James McLamore purchased the company and renamed it “Burger King”.

Today, there are 15,738 outlets in 100 countries in which 47% are in the United States. Every day, more than 11 million guests visit Burger King restaurants around the world because of the reputation of serving high quality, great tasting, and affordable food. The original “Home Of The Whopper”, commitment to premium ingredients, and family-friendly dining experiences is what has defined the brand for more than 50 successful years.
