What began as a pop-up that The Dallas Morning News says “serves the best burger in Dallas” has evolved into a brick-and-mortar restaurant and bar.  Burger Schmurger is a Dallas-based restaurant known for its “smashburgers,” a type of burger where the patty is flattened on a hot griddle to create a dynamic, umami-rich flavor and texture.  The restaurant is renowned for its family-friendly, neighborhood atmosphere and its original “Schmurger” burger, as well as other unique creations.
