Bishop Arts Exxir

The Bishop Arts District is Dallas’ most celebrated historic district.  With 60+ independent restaurants, galleries, studios and boutiques along a lovingly restored historic main street, it is a special place.  Exxir’s expansion of the neighborhood builds upon the authentic creative energy that already exists. 1 mile from downtown, 2 miles from Uptown, surrounded by some of the most beautiful historic neighborhoods in Dallas, Bishop Arts is due to become Dallas’s premier retail entertainment district based on craft, passion and authenticity.

The full build out of Bishop Arts is 500,000 sf with a goal to bring the carefully curated scale necessary to form the core of one of America’s great urban neighborhoods. It is a mixed-use project in the truest sense.
